Do I need to know the password?
No. We strip the admin password whether or not you know it. You do not need to install or license QuickBooks Desktop yourself.
Will the unlocked file still have all my data?
Yes. The unlock process only removes the password check — every invoice, payment, customer, vendor and account stays in place. You can keep using QuickBooks exactly as you did before.
How long does it take?
Most files are turned around in under an hour. Complex Enterprise Diamond files can take a few hours. We email you a download link as soon as it is ready and never go past 24 hours.
What if it does not work?
No fix, no fee. If we cannot strip the password from your file we email you a full refund within one business day.
Will my accountant still be able to open the file?
Yes. The file remains in its original format — anyone with a copy of the matching QuickBooks Desktop edition can open it.
Is this legal?
Yes. You own the data inside your company file; we are only removing the password check that is preventing you from accessing your own data. We do not crack or modify QuickBooks Desktop itself.
